Materials
• Height: 6 cm
• Hook: 3 mm
• Eyes: 6 mm safety buttons
• Yarn Needle
• Embroidery floss: black
• Colors: Light grey and black, a bit of white and red
• Yarn weight: light (US), DK (UK), or Light Worsted (any yarn that works with a 3 mm hook)

Abbreviations: R – Round, MR – magic ring, ST/STS – stitch/stitches, SC – single crochet, INC – 2 single crochets (SC) in the same stitch, INVDEC – invisible decrease, the stitch count appears in parentheses “()” at the end of each round.

HEAD (light grey)
Note: I used Phildar Phil Eclat col: Fumee 165 64% cotton 36% polyamide 50g/1.76 oz
– Work from the bottom up
R1. MR, SC 6 (6)
R2. INC around (12)
R3. SC around (12) *This round creates a slightly pointed chin
R4. INC, SC 1 around (18)
R5. INC, SC 2 around (24)
R6. INC, SC 3 around (30)
R7. INC, SC 4 around (36)
R8-15. SC around (36)
R16. INVDEC, SC 4 around (30)
R17. INVDEC, SC 3 around (24)
– Add eyes between R9 and R10
R18. INVDEC, SC 2 around (18)
R19. INVDEC, SC 1 around (12)
R20. INVDEC around (6)
– F/O and hide ends

HAIR CAP (black)
R1. MR, SC 6 around (6)
R2. INC around around (12)
R3. INC, SC 1 around (18)
R4. INC, SC 2 around (24)
R5. INC, SC 3 around (30)
R6. INC, SC 4 around (36)
R7-9. SC around (36)
– Now create the widow’s peak
R10. HDC, DC, TC, DC, HDC, SLST
– Leave a long tail to sew the hair cap to the head.
– Pin into place before sewing to ensure the point stays centered.

FACE
MOUTH: Find the middle point between eyes. Count 3 rows down (between R6 and R7). Add a black and a red horizontal line, each 4 sts across.

TEETH: In the corners of the mouth, add the incisors. From the corner, count down 2 rows. I made two lines for each tooth to pop out the white teeth a bit more

EYEBROWS: Add arched eyebrows / one row above each eye, 2 sts across. The point is one row above. Vertical angry eyebrows  / also look good.

Et voilà! You’re all done.
